RETURNS
Free returns in the UK.
If you change your mind, you can cancel or return the item(s) to us any time after placing your order and within 28 calendar days after your order is delivered.
If returning items from outside the UK, buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
How do I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and you will be refunded immediately.
How do I return my order?
Please fill out and submit the Cancellation / Return Request Form on this page. (If you cancelled an order but it has already been dispatched you don’t need to fill out the form again.)
You will receive free / return shipping details to your email address within 24 hours.
Please dispatch items back within 28 days after delivery.
Please return products in their original condition, unopened, in original packaging, undamaged from consumer handling. If an item is returned to us not in its original condition we are unable to give a refund.
Retain proof of postage until items are confirmed returned.

REFUNDS
When we receive your return item(s) we will send you a Refund Processed email, to confirm your return has been received and accepted, and when you should expect to receive your refund.
If the whole order is being returned we will refund the cost of the order and the delivery cost.
If only part of the original order is being returned we will refund the cost of the item(s) being returned.
Refunds will be made within 14 calendar days, or if you paid by card, within 5 - 10 business days. Please note, we can only make refunds to the original purchaser to the original payment method. This is for fraud protection reasons.
